A review of Fubar

Features: Fubar is the first “online bar” which has it’s own set of currency. There are profiles, shoutboxes, profiles, a message system, music players, games, gifts and numerous other features.
I would go indepth into some of the features if the design didn’t make me want to shoot my computer.
Review: Fubar is an aesthetic abortion. In fact that might be too nice. It might be one of the ugliest and poorest designed sites I have ever seen. I almost had a convulsion from their scrolling content. (They have two bars on the page scrolling at once.)
Having the site run off of a black background makes it an incredibly massive eye sore. It is like someone that designed a shitty MySpace page started a social network.
Next to hoverspot.com this might be my least favorite social networking site I have ever seen or used.

(UPDATE: While I appreciate the fact people need a sounding board to talk about FUBAR, this blog isn’t it. The post was to point out how poorly designed it is. I am turning off the comments on this post because they have taken on a life of their own. Plus people shouldn’t spend so much time talking about such a crappy site.)
