Alex focuses on using data to guide design and user experience through the A/B testing of digital assets. He also aids in strategy analysis through data analysis and interpretation.



Brad is a lead architect, translating business needs into maintainable, performant, fault tolerant, secure systems. He works at the intersection of development and operations, building API driven applications, engineering scripted infrastructure, and designing operational pipelines to speed new projects into production.



Callie has experience in auditing and optimizing Google Analytics setup, configuring proper campaign tracking, and making sure performance is efficiently tracked. She is also exceptional at visualizing data and building automated dashboards to help turn data into actionable insights.



Chris has dedicated his career to helping companies of all sizes align their technical vision with their stated business and marketing objectives. Since 2009, he has led the successful design and enablement of marketing technology initiatives for hundreds of companies including NetScout, Extreme Networks, Carbon Black, Hologic, and MindBody. Prior to Convertiv, Chris was a vital part of the Business Architecture and Organizational Design team at Collaborative Consulting, an enterprise-class business and technology strategy firm that was acquired by CGI Group Inc.



Courtney specializes search engine optimization and reporting. She focuses on the creation and execution of a tailored organic strategyfor a variety of clients.



Goran is back-end developer responsible for the inner workings of the websites and web applications we build, focusing on security and performance.



Ivan is a lead architect, translating business needs into maintainable, performant, fault tolerant and secure systems. He coaches and guides teams, leading the Convertiv development staff in creating and defining systems within Convertiv and for our clients.



Jurica is a senior full-stack software developer responsible for bringing world-class mobile and web applications to life. He specializes in development for Apple platforms, optimizing for performance and stability, all while delivering rich and smooth user experiences. Collects guitars.



Justin leads convertiv’s paid and organic search marketing practice bringing a wealth of both in-house and agency experience. This domain knowledge has allowed him to build market leading demand generation programs globally. He has developed successful search marketing strategies for companies across high technology, travel, CPG, and eCommerce.



Kevin has been an early adopter, strategist, author and thought leader of social media since 2004 and has monetized its value for consumer brands utilizing integrated marketing practices and technology-enabled digital media. Following this integrated approach, he has worked with some of the world’s largest digital loyalty programs (Harrah’s) and achieved acquisition targets for The Clymb exceeding the likes of Rue-La-La and The Gromet.



Monica manages the planning, implementation, and timeline of projects, as well as the day-to-day communications as they pertain to web development progress and testing.



Natko creates a data-driven information architecture for new projects, designs them with great care and is involved in developing and fine-tuning them before they go live. UX/UI designer with a special interest in typography.



Nicole leads the social media team, with experience configuring social media channels, executing strategic social programs, and efficiently tracking their performance. She also focuses on branded content creation and leveraging branded assets as part of paid social campaigns.



Peter specializes in paid search, landing page optimization and reporting. Peter leads paid efforts for clients with wide ranging budgets all bringing highly profitable results.



Sabrina works with project teams for effective account management and client coordination to develop successful digital marketing initiatives. She also project manages the initiation, planning, and execution of web projects.



Ted oversees account management and guides client coordination and contracts.



Tim is a founding partner of Convertiv and leads the interactive production team for demand generation and web development. Tim brings over 12 years of experience in paid and organic search engine optimization with a concentration in high technology lead generation and commerce. Tim continues to lead the strategy and day-to-day optimization of major accounts while staying apprised of the high-level approach across all accounts through daily communication with his direct reports.



Tom manages the planning, implementation, and timeline of projects, as well as the day-to-day communications as they pertain to landing page design and development. He also has significant operational knowledge in the broad use of Marketing Automation tools with a strong focus on Marketo and Pardot.



Tomislav is our UX/UI designer and a front-end developer. He takes care of your brand, user’s experience and the way look and style of your app or website gets implemented.



Victor helps with all technical integrations, API’s, and data modeling. He is highly proficient in Marketing Automation and Enterprise Architecture



Will manages design and development projects with a focus on humanizing technology through simple and intuitive user journeys, interfaces, and experiences.



Zoran is an experienced backend developer, with years of PHP experience and WordPress. He has specialized in helping enterprise companies with WordPress multisite projects and is currently leading a large multisite project for a world known cybersecurity company.
