As Convertiv’s Director of Program Management, Monica is responsible for the planning, implementation, and timeline of web projects, as well as the day-to-day stakeholder communications. With over 10 years of experience, she has worked with a wide range of clients from Boston College to Fortune 500 companies. When she’s not working, she can be found chasing her children, cooking a new recipe, or trying to finally learn how to garden well.
