Its purpose is to explain what information we collect when you make an inquiry, why we collect it, and how we handle it. This policy does not apply to any data, including personal information, that we process on behalf of our customers in our capacity as a service provider (“Customer Data”). The processing of all Customer Data is exclusively governed by the signed agreements in place with our customers, including the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Retention of Information
We retain the personal information you submit through our contact form for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up communications.

If your inquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we will securely delete your personal information in accordance with our data retention schedule once there is no longer a legitimate business need to keep it.
